Use Rates: 100 grams per day / split into 5 x 20 gram
servings, heavy training 1st week and reduce to 50 grams per day and
drink a lot of water. Try not to use juices such as citrus juices,
orange, grapefruit, cranberry for mixing BNB-100+ as this may destroy
the benefits of the creatine monohydrate portion of BNB-100+. Try to
use luke warm water.
